Top 10 Moments of 2012

In no particular order:

10. Girls' first day of kindergarten, and subsequent impressive speed at learning to read.
9. 5th birthday party and first annual birthday hike up Spencer Butte.
8. Camping in the rain FOR A WEEK.
7. My EPIC but lightly attended August 40th birthday party.
6. My first and only trip to Vegas with Jim.
5. Jim's family friendly and Heavily Attended October 40th birthday party.
4. Harding Family Thanksgiving at our house.
3. Engelhardt Family Christmas at Tom and Pam's, including meeting Cooper.
2. Snow weekend at Mt. Hood with grad school friends.
1. Dance performances: among them first ballet recital, hip-hop dance camp, and Hansel and Gretel!

Of course, every day with my amazing daughters and husband is a "top ten" kind of day. There has been enough tragedy and heartache in the world
this year to make me grateful for every moment of my beautiful life.
